Dreams

You cannot dream yourself into a character, you must Hammer and forge yourself into one.

LIFE isn't all what we see

You Cannot depend on your eyes alone when your Imagination is out of focus

"We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have".  ~Frederick Keonig

The happiness of most people is not ruined by great catastrophes or fatal errors, but by the repetition of slowly destructive little things.  ~Ernest Dimnet

“The reason people find it so hard to be happy is that they always see the past better than it was, the present worse than it is, and the future less resolved than it will be”

We act as though comfort and luxury were the chief requirements in life, when all we need to make us really happy is something to be enthusiastic about.  ~Charles Kingsley

“To be happy with a man you must understand him a lot and love him a little. To be happy with a woman you must love her a lot and not try to understand her at all.”

We should all Remember this daily!!!!

"People take different roads seeking fulfillment and happiness.  Just because they're not on your road doesn't mean they've gotten lost".  ~H. Jackson Browne

Food for Thought

"Well," said Pooh, "what I like best," and then he had to stop and think.  Because although Eating Honey was a very good thing to do, there was a moment just before you began to eat it which was better than when you were, but he didn't know what it was called.  ~A.A. Milne

Sunshine :( :)

Home :(

To My Father

No matter how Tall I grow, I will always look up to you.
I know it can't be easy not contantly telling you how much we love you or how much we miss you like we do mother. it's never beacuse we do not care, it is beacause you know enough not to need contant reassurance.
For the ways you support me, the many hugs, the constant reassurance of my dreams, the helping hand, the many lunch conversations so I don't eat alone, the sacrifices, and just being the best everything. I thought to let you know today that my love for you is endless. You are without doubt, the worlds greatest Dad.

Truth!!

The only folks we really wound
Are those we love the best.
We flatter those we scarcely know,
We please the fleeting guest,
And deal full many a thoughtless blow
To those who love us best.
~Ella Wheeler Wilcox

Dear Insomnia,

you are my greatest inspiration, but wait a minute, do not flatter yourself. I cannot sleep  because I have this funny feeling that there is a little Black Rat roaming around in my apartment.
PS: you are uncool.

A tribute to my favorite day of the week!

IN THE AGE OF STUPID: It is Ok to marry a 15yr old... I mean why not

Gbese!!! I mean oshi and Oriburuku. all these mad men in 9ja... I know money begot stupidity for most of this pot bellied pedophiles but seriously Mr Yarima? with all due respect sir, I am of the great opinion that "ori yin ko fe pe rara sir"  I mean Mr Yerima we know your  psychopathic behavior started when you  married the 15-year-old Nigerian girl, I guess she is too old now hen, so this  13-year-old Egyptian is just right.

I mean.......how do you expect us to progress as a nation when such anomalies and deviant exist amongst our so called idiotic leader.

Mr Yarima Sir...I will personally come to Aso Rock myself(in my mind o) if your dare continue with your stupendous
and  hypocritical religious excuses. I am of the opinion that you have never read the Quran, because if you have, you will not think it's by any means okay for a 60yr old man to marry a 13 /15yr old.

How do you even conversate? she wants to talk about her daily twits and you want to talk about the stone age? Shewshhhh.. oshi o teba!

I know with full consideration of your status, the NAPTIP will sweep your decisions  to  Abduct a "girl-wife" underneath the rug. but I think as a person who has had the opportunity to read the quran, as a woman and for crying out loud as a Human being,  I should express my disgust in your decision to reap a child of her "childhood".

just in-case you are not sure what you have been charged with sir, here is the list:
  • victimization of a minor
  • Human Trafficking
  • child endangerment
  • child rape
  • Slavery (I mean, you paid $100k for her se)
  • Inhumanity
  • IN-fact: being plain Stupid on an ignoramus level.
PS: May you and all your Ignorant + Illiterate Islamic radical Roth in hell for misrepresenting Islam!!
 Mr. Small Brain.

yeaiiii...Super Chikens

I mean.. not like I had any hopes for the Super Eagles but mehnnn...."WE" and by we I mean "US" by us I mean the supporters of the Green White Green in fact, their isn't a way to make it sound nice "WE SUCK"
Imageine.. we got spanked...... I mean I understand Argentina beating it, I was genueily glad it wasn't 5-0. but Greece? really?
Oya......in the best fashion of our tradition, we have to blame it on somebody: here it goes;

Kaita, for his gross negligence on Torosidi

Abdul mutallib for claiming to be Nigeria: ( I have refused to download His image to my office computer, just so I shall not be mistaken for His family member)

Ya'Radua for dying

Tuarai for keeping Yaruaduals death from us

The Europeans Colonizers( I mean how dare they!!)

Shall I continue???????

Humm

OK.....so another day of Semi-slacking at work. in my defence, Its been a long week.
amist me being sick and the plain fact that i am just too efficient.
I mean it takes an average Analyst 2 days to do a month end  budget and Revenue  Forcat but not your truely. I have completed 3 reports today and this is a slow day.

Been stairing at my Bank Account all day with the hopes that money will just show up from somewhere sha sha. where are all those 9ja Juju men when you need them, I need one to just take a look at my account and maybe kinetically add 2 zeros at the bank of my investment account.

anyways.....

1 tRILLION $ in lithium for Afghan

It comes as no surprise that the US thinks Afghan will need help managing this newly discovered pocket of wealth: and its funny how they always use  Nigeria as the poster child for mismanagement;

"We have living examples of other countries where natural riches have actually turned into a curse for peace and prosperity for people," he said, citing Nigeria's endemic poverty and conflict despite vast oil exports"

"A new minerals rush could pit US and Chinese interests against each other. Some critics in Washington grumble that China is reaping rewards from the copper mine while US troops are heavily committed against the Taliban."
